It kinda pains me to say this but only because of these crazy times. He was really not all that bad. He is/was one of the good republicans. Did I agree with everything he put forth? Absolutely not.
I emailed him quite a bit pointing out our differences explaining my beliefs about various subjects.
He always answered explaining his point of view.

I have emailed him saying that he should remain on and fight 45 internally and to try to reform the Republican Party to bring it back to sanity. He has yet to answer and this time I don't believe he will.

I'm estatic that my district may be turning blue. There is a lot of work to do though this is mostly a red district thanks to gerrymandering. That is now where our fight is taking place.
