I've been a 27-year resident. Madison County is only half native and the metro area influences the surrounding area. So, while the report is good (amen), it's unfortunately not conclusive. Fingers crossed.

Added on edit: On the other hand, Mo Brooks is our idiot representative, so there is definitely an unfortunate red stain stretched across Madison County.
