I especially like this comment:

And the dog whistle that his supporters hear is that sexual assault on a child may be bad but it's not as bad as being a Democrat.

I thought it strange that the news media didn't make more of that statement. It's demonization of political opponents the likes of which we have never seen...if he had his way dissent of any kind would be criminalized.
