9. No, wearing a white polo shirt at a fair is evidence of innocence

The accuser's photo (showing her claim of molestation) shows him in a blue polo shirt with a striped collar -- and there's no other photo of him at that same fair in the same dark shirt. So where and when was her photo taken?
