Not paying federal taxes is a big no-no, and how would you do it?

Better, to me, is to tell the California Republicans that if they don't vote in favor of getting federal help, the state will have to raise state taxes to help in the recovery. Now vote, you bastids.

Because you know how Republicans feel about taxes!
