3. Standard mag capacity for an AR

is 30 rounds. Virtually every AR comes with a 30 round mag from the factory.

Most pistols have a standard capacity if 12-17 rounds. The two most popular handguns carried by police are the Glock 17 (9mm) and Glock 22 (.40 cal) which have standard capacities of 17 and 15 rounds respectively. The only handguns with less than 10 rounds in standard capacity are super small pocket pistols and revolvers.

The difficult mag change thing is so silly I'm not even going to address it.
