2. Are you trying to send a rep a letter?

I have tried that a lot but they will not accept my emails since their computer somehow can figure out from my gmail address that I am not a state constituent and won't allow me to send them an email using an address from that state (like an address I got from Zillow for a house for sale in that particular state).
That is why I call them and use the Zillow address and zip. The phone staffers never look it up for validation (I have called over 400 times).
