76. Gap year precedes freshman year

Students there take a gap year before they start college. You get into college and then delay starting to take a gap year. In that gap year she learned William was going to St Andrews. It is a dreamy place to go to college, But not as thrilling as the nearby Edinburgh. Yet she dropped her reserved spot at Edinburgh to go to St Andrews instead. I am sure she did that so she could meet the boy whose photo she put on her wall as a child, whose photo she looked at longingly every day of her life. This is a super dooper wonderful love story. A little girl falls in love with a handsome Prince and despite all the odds in the world works to meet him and gets him to fall in love with her too. Love stories don’t get any better than this. This story makes me have faith in the world. Miracles do happen.
