If you are arguing with Republicans, especially those uneasy, but still with Trump -- calling him President Trump in my first reference to him and making a polite case for why he is bad for that person is more likely to put a dent into their attachment. (Maybe not immediately and almost certainly not publicly in response to what you said.
Is supporters would love to point as us as rude and not respectful. Don't give them that excuse to rally around him.

I don't know. We put too much power in one man, maybe Trump and the office should go down together.

The closest I get to calling him something nice is calling him trump ( no capitalization. )

I always refer to him as the Giant Yam. I assume his IQ is about equivalent to a yam.
