much of it is not related to seeing a middle aged slender woman in a dress and determining that she had lipo.
Chests sag, but women wear bras and I would assume in the photo she's wearing one.
We can't see through a dress if someone's skin is a little saggy or if their ab muscles are "smooth" - especially with body shaper garments.
The fat redistribution to an apple shape that we're used to seeing in older people, that you refer to as inevitable, was happening to me and I've reversed it (along with lowering blood sugar levels, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.)
I think you're providing a service by making people recognize that normal aging is ... normal.
But I think you're providing a disservice by - intentionally or not - encouraging people past a certain age to not even bother eating healthier or working out, because the results "won't be pretty." If you lose the apple shape (fat around internal organs) you'll be healthier, and of course that's possible (barring other medical conditions, I mean - I'm not suggesting it's possible for everyone regardless of circumstances).
