What next: fair game for a claim by anyone who's ever been photographed with Franken or appeared with him - or indeed any other public figure - in public, and it's instant unchallenged conviction?

If you can't see the dangers and lack of justice in that and how it could backfire on the quest for credibility of genuine accusers, I think you're in a small minority.

There is no identified accuser in this latest round today, just evidence of shoddy, clickbait journalism from outlets not known for their concern for diligence and accuracy.

If a named individual comes up with a credible story, that deserves a hearing. Meanwhile, the grinding of agendas on here is too blatant to ignore any more.
