Even during the hey days of mergers and consolidation, a business adopts a culture, if you will, that permeates from the top to the bottom. This is especially true if the smaller firm was overseen by one person for most if not all that time it has been viable.

Even if Romney "excused" himself from running Bain, the culture he left behind remianed in tact.

I can't see the board, that he picked, to suddenly veer away straight toward venture capitalism with in a couple of months.

That's just crap.
