There are proposals to cut the rate of increase in Medicare over 10 years, but that has happened just about every year for decades. Saying the tax bill will cut cancer treatment is irresponsible and something I'd expect from FOX type "journalists."

Heck, they didn't even say cut, they said "kill cancer treatment." That's irresponsible.
