It is not as expensive in many of the northern parts of the state -- FAR north and inland towards Nevada even is about the same. Many that I know have left the cities and moved to rural areas and no, not all rural areas are "RED" so to speak.

Bernie Sanders won by the largest amount of any county in the State in the north and he is most certainly not a "RED" candidate, nope.
