27. I hope so. They are well aware of the void in leadership

we left in the world. Someone is going to fill it. Putin planned on it. China is stepping up the fastest. Problem w China is no free speech, human rights violations, blah, blah. It is possible even China's leadership is morally superior to ours. China is filling the gaps we left in aid to Africa and taking a leadership role in environmental issues, which is a surprise to me. Anyway, I am hoping the EU fills the vacuum.
