43. How the hell would we know?

There will be no doctors let within 1000 yards of him, and even if they were, they would be of the ilk that would not tell the truth. The citizens of this country will never know what has been diagnosed, what will be diagnosed, etc. Dump would have to drop over on live TV and even then, we would be lied to.
