9. Means House cannot simply pass Senate bill as was feared. There has to be Conference Committee

Also means Senate deal on where there would be cuts and revenue doesn't add up.

If cut AMT, means have to make-up revenue elsewhere so Susan Collins or Ron Johnson or another Republican Senator may not support final bill b/c what they wanted isn't included.
