My Mom is dying. [View all]

Back in 2010, my Dad died of pancreatic cancer.
My Mom has been doing ok, but recently, she is showing signs of dementia.
She keeps getting dates mixed up and now she can't drive anymore.
She's 83.
Her Mother had it too, and she died of a brain aneurism.
I just turned 58, on the 2nd.
Why do we have to get old?
