Like in vicks vapo-rub.
Instant cure for a sinus headache, but should make nose breathing a bit better, could act as a filter for the air.
I use it for a few days when they burn the cotton fields here. Just a little dab, repeated as needed, is effective.
My kid was near the fires in Wash. state earlier this summer, says it worked for him.
