10. Impeachment is impossible right now.

We need to wait for the right time, like when Mueller issues his report with all the indictments and unindicted co-conspirators listed. Then would be the right time. Right now, we'd get zero Republicans to vote for it. We are the minority party in Congress, after all.

Symbolic introduction of an impeachment resolution is not going to be effective.
