Congress for taking a porn pic inside the House of Representative locker room....nonconsensually, of course.

He's a perv. His career was over when he was kicked out of Congress. His wife should've dumped him at that time. She learned her lesson much later, after one of his perverted porn pics with the baby in the pic.
