The House Ethics Committee is split evenly between both parties, with 5 members from each party.

I was unable to find the actual vote, but a similar report suggest that they do not publish the actual vote or how the members voted

We'll likely never know if it was a 6-4 to clear, 10-0 to clear or something in between.
