Last night's campaign rally convinces me this is how it will end... [View all]

Trump knows the end is near and Mueller is coming. It only gets worse for him from here on out. It goes beyond collusion with Russia and obstruction of justice. Mueller has Trump's tax returns - the returns he lied repeatedly he would release then refused to do so - and the clock is ticking.

Approval ratings for Trump never rise above 32-33% which is his base. He has shown he doesn't give shit one about anyone outside his base (and even those suckers are merely being used to appeal to his ego like the emotional vampire he is), and those are the people he will continually cater to and seek adoration from. Hence yet another absurd rally.

It's not about getting re-elected at this point; no, things are much darker than that. Trump's not going to make it to 2020 to run for re-election. He'll be finished before that. When the indictments start pouring in - Kushner is next - he'll be given the choice of resigning or going to jail (and even if he resigns NY State is after his orange ass next; it won't be over by a long shot). Mueller has played things out so carefully that Trump can't win by firing him or just pardoning everyone while braying about witch hunts.

Trump is a rotten spoiled brat who has never taken responsibility for anything he's done wrong, and he's an utterly corrupt criminal who screwed contractors, stiffed Trump University suckers, and drove businesses into the ground then walked away. He is so immature and emotionally insecure that he needs to hold rallies to reassure himself nobody suspects the truth about his teeny tiny one-inch wee-wee... and to shore up his base to reinforce their loyalty.

Because when his Presidency ends in disgrace and he is dragged kicking and screaming from the White House - there is a 0% chance he will leave with dignity since he doesn't DO dignity - he and his handlers will be shrieking that this is treason, fake news, democracy is in peril, the duly elected leader of this country is being overthrown; it's a coup and someone DO SOMETHING.

The objective then is for his base to rush to the streets to commit violence to "save" Trump from those awful anti-American conspirators. Then the National Guard or Army steps in and hell breaks loose; America as we know it ends forever. Make no mistake, the Republicans will be screaming the military has been taken over by traitors part of the coup, and those oh-so-patriotic assholes who blindly worship Trump will be told to engage our soldiers and fight in the streets.

Think it won't happen? Do the math. 62 million idiots voted for the Orange Turd. If even 1% of them actually have the balls to hit the streets that is more than 620,000 people directly and deliberately commiting violence. After all, these are fuckers who are convinced they need guns to "take back our country" and "resist tyranny." That moment will be the very same one they've been waiting - maybe even praying for.

I don't for a moment think Trump would take any other course of action. He only gives a shit about himself. If people have to be hurt or killed for him to present the illusion of being a virtuous leader "under attack" - even his own supporters - so be it. Everyone else is expendable.

It's not a question of if this happens. It's when it happens. And we need to figure out how we're going to handle it.
