His strength is in the money people, and you can bet no millionaire or billionaire is taking to the streets. I was a product of the late sixties and early seventies. I knew revolutionaries. I've seen huge demonstrations and riots. I also know Trump supporters and they will complain, but I don't know a single one that will take to the streets in rebellion.
Whenever you see insurrection anywhere, it starts with students, young people and minorities. Hardly the Trump demographic. Trump's hidden support in 2016 came from people who never even voted before, now you think they'll take up arms against the police and soldiers they claim to worship? No way.
The average Trump supporter has a good job and a family and admires bigots, and supports bigotry but will never admit to it. He's going out on the street? It's more likely he'll go to his local bar, have a dozen beers and complain all night about how we all got fucked.
Take up arms against the American military? Those fucking coward assholes?
The most likely scenario is that Trump pardons his family members, resigns and rides off into the sunset and his supporters start scraping their Trump and MAGA stickers off their cars.
