I’m sure Franken is very friendly and probably did pat someone’s butt during photos and meet and greets. I have an uncle who does the same, that’s just how some people are. It’s harmless. Stone heard about his tendency and knew if he pushed the bogus Tweeden claim, someone may have a Me Too moment. He knew the Tweeden photo was a goldmine, and created his story to go with it, and pushed it. Hard. It worked. Stone is evil, not stupid. He knows about media pile ons, the tsunami effect. He knows how it works and it did, brilliantly. Look at us.
