I had a long phone conversation with a good friend I went to high school with who is one of the naval officers in charge of these tests....he is disappointed in the republicans response, as he added once the conversion to the bio-standard fuel mix is implemented the price will actually drop below the $3.60 a gallon average....first words out of my friends mouth were "all of these senators are bought and paid for by oil companies...."
