1. A. If Moore wins, Franken made it possible and Ill be pissed. But B.

B. What he did was not a hanging offense.

C. If he stays the Senate should look at his conduct while he been in office... not the prior stuff. If the senate goes back to old stuff everything anyone did i high school would be fair game.

Conduct while a senator is senate business; conduct prior is for the police, civil courts and the voters
