10. The outskirts of Savannah is an area my partner and I were thinking of relocating to...

We're retired and not looking for work. Do you just miss home or is the area as bad as Mississippi (which is where I'm stuck right now). I gotta believe pretty much anywhere would be better and Savannah has a rep as a cultured area. If you don't mind my asking, whats your take?
