only serves to dilute the caustic nature of the contents. I don't think that is unforeseen, that Roger Stone et al knew what they were doing when they started this. Smear everyone and the worst don't look as bad as they really are to some folks. I think the time is now to draw a distinction between the subjective and ambiguous, and the downright predatory. We can all see the difference, can't we? Zero tolerance never solved any problem; it is the laziest form of morality. And there are other moral principles at stake here, like Franken's right to a fair hearing, a right he has earned!
