3. The Alabama AG told them not to preserve the ballots (as was ordered by the court earlier yesterday)

But someone (AL Sec. of State) said he couldn't tell the precincts what to do or how to set their machines. There were apparently 3 choices - retain all, retain none, or retain (I think it was write in ballots). The Sec of State said he couldn't tell them what to do, but he did tell them to take the 3rd option.

I'm figuring if it's close, that's where they're planning on playing with the numbers.
