109. I honestly don't think the tea baggers will be around for much longer.

They have helped sabotage the GOP to the point where they can't seem to put a decent presidential campaign together.

Palin and now Romney shows how inept they have become.

I do NOT like the way our country is headed. But I also don't see that we're becoming a third world country very soon. I think that's pessimism and defeatism.

If you're in the technology field and you're mobile, you don't have to worry about finding a job. Technology innovation has had as much to do with employment upheaval as the ignorant and destructive policies of the last 30 years.

Much more remains to be done. Another poster pointed out that other countries typically have as much racist and xenophobic attitudes -if not worse- than America does.

I still say that if you have ties to people in this country then it's well worth fighting for.
