12. If the 3 branches of some State(s) government refuse to recognize 45 as legitimate - What then?

The Powers That Be don't like revolutions - not good for business.
They also don't like a crazy guy and its supporters running things
- not good for business either. They have gotten a lot of what they
want. Would keeping the crazy guy in office get them more gains
or results in loses? Their Call.
