3. Actually, Power attracts the corruptable.

There have been - and are - people with representative power or are in leadership positions who have no problems giving it up once they see the goal completed, but there are way too many people who apply for the job for the power over others.

The key to determining a what sort of person someone with power is to find out if that person can step away from that power once they start seeing the love of power taking over their own judgment.
