White House threatens to veto bill on Keystone

11. I hope he does, I have to admit My feeling is

that he is waiting for it to be politically expedient before he gives it and some important donors the green light.

I hope he vetoes this go around and doesn't find pipeline religion after the election. One can always hope they will live up to their rhetoric, but in the end somehow the donors always get what they want from our elected representatives.

Perhaps his second term will be better than his first has been, as I said, one can hope.
