(6,323 posts)19. Unfortunately you still need a medical marijuana license for
the average citizen to grow his/her own in Washington State unless your licensed with the state to grow to fill dispensaries. It's all about the money over here.

It's not. Just because there is no state law against something doesn't make it legal.
