That statement is how I'd describe Ms. Warren. Angry? Of course she is, as many of us are, angry about a lot of issues where we are not being heard. It is under the surface. But Mr. Buffet uses it like he is describing someone who can't control their feelings and is permanently agitated and by implication a distracted hot-headed individual.

Its surprising coming from him. I've seen it used on Fox News before. The right wing standard is to either actually be angry or fake anger to talk over any guest that may be opposed to their agenda, to cow them into only getting out a few lines that are pounced on immediately with raised voice. Then if this more liberal guest fights back and keeps talking over their gasps and interjections and gets a good statement in, the host pastes on a smarmy smile and tells them....geez...don't get so angry! The Angry Left etc..
