Gowdy, like most Republicans, is a self made fool. Here he is, rubbing his hind legs together and clicking his mandibles over a photo that he thinks shows Clinton on a trip to Libya after the September 2012 attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

Look at the date of the photo:

That image was taken on on Oct. 18, 2011 by Diana Walker on assignment for TIME when Clinton was on her way to meet with new Libyan Leaders in Tripoli to pledges U.S. help to a 'Free Libya'.
