75. Think about it....is there ANYONE who would only have a government email?

Even if Hillary had a government only email, she could have used a private email (legally) to do government business AS LONG AS SHE SAVED A COPY. That was the law at the time. In this case, she purposefully sent email to .gov accounts as a way to make sure that government emails were captured.

Lots of government officials (including other Secretaries of State) used private email accounts. Colin Powell's emails (unlike Hillary's) are missing! Hillary is the only person that we know of who has agreed to release them all to the public.

Jeb Bush and Scott Walker had their own servers. There probably were lots of other private servers that we never heard about.
