17. I think it is a good idea with poor execution

If Starbucks wanted to provide the facilitation (and coffee) they could underwrite a nationwide 'Cup of Coffee and Discussion' on the subject of race. Put it out into the community instead of inside their stores. It would have more of an impact, in my opinion.
