I haven't researched it.
Generally speaking, the Western press lies and spins
about anything leftist/Venezuela.
I'm just saying, based on my experience
and considering the source, I'd be willing to bet that some of those mentioned are Chavistas.
However they aren't poor so they could be in the opposition.
The article doesn't really articulate that point.
