49. What makes the writer think that people aren't carrying at petting zoos and kindergarten graduation

They carry at kids sports games--even elementary school aged soccer games! This guy carried his gun into church and it went off accidentally. If someone carries into a petting zoo or a kindergarten graduation ceremony, the same sort of accidental discharge is just as likely to happen.
