Last statewide election, I voted on an electronic machine with a visible and verifiable paper "receipt" locked into the machine. I don't think Cook County does paperless electronic, and Chicago city elections are ward by ward.
What ward did you vote in? You had a paperless electronic ballot in Chicago? Where? What ward?
Or are you just talking out of your ass?
