I have a few of these yipyaps next door and across the street.
They are tiny and just yap.
Mini Pincer, Toy Daschund, Pappilion (?).
There's nothing 'wrong' with them.
Except that they yipyap.

Large dogs usually don't do that.
It's the tiny toys.
Just a part of the breed I guess.
