In reply to the discussion: Sanders packs gym, stairwells in Iowa City [View all]kenfrequed
(7,865 posts)2. Give it time
People are going to start thinking more about their options as time goes on. Hillary is no longer the only game in town and there will be a lot of movement of support now that other people are actually running.
Sander's differentiates himself from other candidates in the way he talks about issues. He discusses what policies he supports and how and why and spares us a lot of the typical platitudes we tend to hear. He sounds unpolished, off-the-cuff, and sincere and people and that has a surprising appeal to a lot of people. In a debate that is actually going to score him a lot of points over vague suggestions and sound-bites.
