19. He'd blend in on the Maine roads

Timber trucks are as common as regular 18-wheelers.

My bet is that he is out in the woods along one of the thousands of unmarked tote roads that lead into the working forests. These roads are on no maps because the paths change from season to season as the foresters shift to different properties for harvesting.

He'll show up soon enough.
