You seek to insert objective truth into the argument but you fail to grasp that faith is entirely subjective truth. It doesn't matter if "the rest of us" do not agree. Agreement is irrelevant. The faithful do not care if you agree. They do not care if the scientific method "proves" them wrong. They don't care if others think they are mentally ill. They have faith. Your argument does not change the nature of faith or unravel it in any way. Faith is something you have or you do not. Contextualizing is as irrelevant as agreement.
