If you understand English - he just said there "are" secret deals. Not secret to Iran, IAEA, or the P5+1, but secret to everyone else. Isn't that what people are complaining about? I am for the deal because there really aren't any better options, but they better very quickly test the inspection regime and if Iran starts playing games... send Tom Cotton over there to straighten them out!
