It's simply mealy mouth stuff that doesn't get the point across in a strong way to your casual person who might hear about it.

It's political-speak. Which is in a sea of crap.

When they actually get out there and say something with some goddamn passion, it resonates. That line? Does that really sound forceful or passionate that would resonate with your average citizen who doesn't know what's going on?

It's all just blah blah noise.

and yeah, "but hey, Democrats". Because there's plenty of truth to that whole being too polite and all thing that we do that's frustrating beyond words and why we lose the narrative so much of the time.
