when need be, not when they see some black dude walking down the street. -_- Without a proactive police free of corruption, you get all the losers and crooks to take advantage of the situation. It's a chain of events and that's what were seeing in Bmore, of course more people, black people especially, are suffering. And as usual, everyone remains numb to it.
