9. At least be honest, we want control of what people can have guns.

Controlling guns is a euphemism that eliminates the people we really fear.

What we -must- admit is w want to control who can have guns but that identifying who should be kept from guns isn't simple.

It all seems quite easy post hoc; our vision looking back always seems to be 20/20.

But it's not nearly so easy prospectively. And security always comes at the cost of someone's liberty.

Sometimes the cost of liberty includes unjustified discrimination.

How do we avoid that while protecting others?
